MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
●Support CreditTech Product team to improve alignment, communications and processes around the lending product.
●Optimize the intersection of business, technology – system, accounting/finance and marketing.
●Accelerate feedback loop, increase efficiencies and improve product feature adoption.
●Be responsible for:
o“Datafication” of everything: fostering the data-driven decision-making process by collecting,organizing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative product data and enable lending operation tomake most of its insight. Data include everything from product utilization data, product stickiness to customer feedback, feature requests and support tickets.
oCross-team communication: facilitating cross department collaboration around the products, and usestheir product insights to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
oProduct enablement: eliminating the friction in the product operation, make sure the product is readyfor all users and customers, plus accounting reconciliation. Monitoring and supporting the product lifecycle from activation to utilization, collection and deactivation. Help to shorten all operation proceduresand time to value.
oDeadline management: ensuring governance, conducting risk analysis and reminding delayed reports.
oProduct tech stack: establish internal best practices and ensure team members are using toolseffectively.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
●Minimum Qualifications:
-University degree holder or above in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or related discipline,
●Experience:
-1+ years of experience in operating loan management system or credit card system
-Solid understanding of lending procedures is a plus
-Experience working with digital lending product for massed consumer market is a nice to have
●Essential skills:
-A data-driven or accounting/finance approach to problem solving
-A creative approach to connecting customer feedback to product development
-A strong understanding of lending products, especially for consume
