JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with Supply Chain to define learning & development needs, training plan/budget, and manage the training delivery and People Development Plan, Heineken Functional competence.
- Drive people development strategy, execute in place & measure effectively
- Aligning learning strategies, programmes with the organisation’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
- Be active in working with business stakeholders in related to learning and development plans
- Ability to deliver training course as required (soft skills, induction program)
- Creativity thinking on how to promote & engage people in E-Learning system (LXP)
- Be able to apply digital or take lead for any improvement in daily operation
- Other assignment by line manage.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Proven experience as L&D role or similar
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same role
- Strategic thinking, Critical thinking, good communication & presentation skills
- Fluent in English speaking & writing
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), facilitation skills in an advantage.
- Digital & Facilitation skills are the plus
- Working Location: Vũng Tàu Brewery.
