Responsibilities
To work closely with the Operations team to ensure the quality of HR/Operations services with the purpose of increasing the operation efficiency, employee experience, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the implementation of onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Supports the daily operations activities (resources allocation, reporting, employee engagement)
- Support coordination with various departments and follow-ups

Qualifications
- Bachelor graduate or 3rd to last year university student
- Has an interest in HR/Management field to bring people happiness and success
- Administration task handling and multi-tasking skill
- Active learning mindset
- Open, flexible, and adaptability
- Be able to communicate in English
- At least 3 months of commitment for the internship period
