THE ROLE:
Assist with data entry, collecting bike issues, and documenting for better internal communication. In addition, to learn about the bike’s anatomy
DESCRIPTION
– Data entry
– Collect, analyze, and refine information to make it easy to understand for all users
– Research and find solution for bike common issues.
– Help enter and collect “current issues” internally and document the entries for all Departments
* Report: Head of Customer Service (Foreigner)

REQUIREMENT
– Final year student or graduates in the relevant field
– Proficient with Microsoft office, especially Excel
– Experience collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data is preferred.
– Communicate in English (required)
