* Mission
– Follow orders for platforms/warehouse & stores via platforms/warehouses
– Make plan for goods allocation to save cost and stock on hand at platform/warehouse

* Responsibilities

1. Manage orders from platforms/warehouses to suppliers
   – Check orders from platforms/warehouses to suppliers, guarantee all suppliers receive.
   – Collect demand of stores from Purchasing Center & send orders to suppliers.
   – Follow feedbacks from suppliers about orders/delivery and work with related department.
   – Maintain good coordination with suppliers, stores, buyers, warehouses, transportation team to solve issue about good quality, supply service…
   – Manage the ordering schedule and delivery schedule of stores and suppliers to optimize volume.
   – Send daily booking to platforms/warehouses & transportation team.
   – Check stock in platforms/warehouses to adjust reception/shipment if have problems about system/mistakes.
   – Control stock day and detention rate at platforms/warehouses.
2. Manage orders from stores to platforms/warehouses
   – Daily follow stores order to platforms/warehouses to guarantee 100% demands of stores must be collected by IT system.
   – Check & fix problems about Leadtime.
   – Manage the ordering schedule and delivery schedule to optimize volume.
   – Solve issues of stores via Supply Chain Helpdesk.
   – Analyze data to make allocation planning for stock at warehouses.
   * Report and KPIs
   – Follow stock, volume, claim daily/weekly
   – Make allocation analysis by sale and optimize with cost
   – Reports request by Replenishment manager
   * Other assignments
   – Implement new projects of Department: auto order, booking website, scale, EDI, report dashboard…
   – Other assignments requested by Replenishment Director and Replenishment Manager
