Data Provider Executive 27 views

Data Provider is in charge of supporting the manager in the management of the referencing files: filling and renewal of databases to preparing analyze data & report, and supporting the manager in the management of the referencing files: filling and renewal of databases to preparing to analyze data & report.

Analyze & Report

• Collect information from other team member to make a recap list;
• Extract the data from Big C system;
• Check the price setup on system if it correct or not;
• Archive the reports/analysis for future utilisations;
• Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors;

Promotion

• Collect catalogue/ promotion information from related department;
• Prepare the product list to MKT and store;
• Collect and send the price setup file to data department;

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, math,…);

2. Experience: Beginner or few years-experience in trade;

3. Technical skills:

• Use items basic file management software;
• Setting- up items basic file;

4. Transverse professional skills:

• Good communication, dynamics and convincing;
• Logical minded, Good at number;
• Handle to work under pressure and to manage a big flow of information;

5. Attitude: positive, willing to learn

6. Language: English

7. Computers skills: Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
