KEY RESPONSIBILITY
The core responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Support Project managers in managing schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are received from team members and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings/appointment.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Assisting with documentation and other project deliverables.
- Coordinating project-related events
- Handle incoming internal and external ad hoc requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good MS Office or equivalent skills, especially Microsoft Power Point.
- Solid written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Junior, senior university students in Business Administration, or Business-related fields.
