Mission
Buyer Assistant is in charge of supporting the Category Managers in the management of the referencing files: filing and renewal of databases in order to prepare sourcing and negotiation work.
Activities
- Follow up the items registration, Price survey, Assortment, Non-Assortment
- Adjust price modification, promotion, catalogs items
- Prepared and compile files of Category managers (Obsolete items, catalog results)
- Organize the flow of samples (in/ out) & managed samples room
- Follow up on monthly basis suppliers targets of sales, Promos, Stock, OOS …
- Monitor stock Level and service level (set up suppliers standards, hangers, size tags and stickers)
- Prepared items selection files and list on Catalog items (mini D-45)
- Prepared 1- 2 spots items minimum twice per month for Catalogs
- Prepared & Assist category Managers to Realize Category review twice a year
- Dispatch with category managers the Store 01st allocation volume
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Graduated from university
Language: Fluent English
Functional knowledge & experience:
– Internal management system
Functional skill:
– Use items basic file management software
– Setting-up items basic file
Other skills:
– Good communication
– Handle to work under pressure and to manage a big flow of information
– Pro efficient in Microsoft Office
