Working location: 1231 QL1A, Binh Tri Dong, Binh Tan District, HCMC

Mission
– Coordinate with related departments and 3PLs to secure the Supply Chain operation.

Activities
1. Daily process:
– Monitor and implement transportation operation following standard operating procedure.
– Cooperate with internal (Stores, Warehouse, Purchasing Center, Replenishment,…) to follow up the delivery schedule.
– Cooperate with Legal Dept. to compose and review the transportation service contract.
– Cooperate with Big C’s partner (local/global transporter, logistics partner) to manage and execute effective and efficient transportation plan.
– Follow up the truck route and arrival time to inform stores.
– Solve the problems related to transportation operation.
– Analyze and optimize the transportation cost.
– Follow up service fee, claim & penalty. Confirm the total amount for claim & penalty of every month.
2. Report:
– Weekly KPIs of transportation (On time Delivery, Waiting/Unloading Time, Damaged and Lost,…)
– Weekly and monthly Transportation Cost.
– Check draft bill and confirm transportation cost.
– Check claim and penalty.

Requirements

Knowledges
– Related experience or knowledge in Supply Chain Management or general business administration.
Skills
– Able to communicate in both written and verbal English
– Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
– Ability to work well under high pressure
– Must be well organized and a problem solver
– Able to work independently as well as being a team player
– Strong analytical skills
– Education: Bachelor degree
– Experience: 1 year in logistics field
– Attitude: Responsibility, honestly
