Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement recruitment marketing strategy to attract high-quality applicants
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
- Identify the effective social media platforms, digital assets, data & analytics to reach out to a specified target audience
- Research marketing and advertising trends to apply for VNG campaigns
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience
- Work closely with recruitment team to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
- Track, monitor and report on campaign results
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in Recruitment, HR, Employer Branding or Advertising
- Experience in executing & managing social media campaign is a must
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
