What we’re looking for:
An enthusiastic young person who loves to learn and grow. You would join our HR team, supporting daily activities related to Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal and other HR related tasks.
Education background
A student majoring in business management or any related fields.
Requirement
* Must have
- Excellent MOS skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
- An insatiable learner. It’s your second nature to constantly learn new skills that can help increase your and/or your team’s operational excellence.
- Excellent communicator and creative problem solver
- Highly systematic thinker; highly organized and self-sufficient
- Excellent Vietnamese and English in both reading, speaking, and writing
* Good to have
- Experience in a similar role and/or working in a high growth tech start-up
- Experience in crypto and/or blockchain business
- Experience in working in or scaling a team internationally
