Responsibilities

The Chief Strategy Officer is responsible for strategic business development and revenue of chains, branding & quality service improvement to achieve the group’s goals.

• To be directly responsible for the marketing, sales and revenue management strategy and implementation of chains.
• Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactice and adapt with business intelligence.
• Manage and lead the business team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target; to maintain/upgrade quality standards and property image.
• Manage new products and service to operate in properties and launch to the market.
• Develop strategic brand and marketing activities to enhance corporate image and sales support.
• Work directly with the Human Resources function, to ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching, counseling and developing of team members.
• Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years operational management experience or at least 3 years previous top management such as as DOSM/EAM/ General Manager experience, preferably in the luxury setting
• A strong understanding of hotel operations and administration to include, budgeting, forecasting, human resources, sales, and marketing
• Must have exceptional marketing, sales, pricing, and revenue management competency.
• Must have the ability to understand global markets that affect the business of the hotels.
• Must perform well under stress and be adaptable to changing work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software) and English required.
