4 Group Category Manager for Private Lable, Exclusives, Healthcare, Beauty Care.

Healthcare, Beauty Care:

1. Category Management

– Monitor and analyze the category performance in number of assortments, new products, sales, profit then develop and implement action plans to grow the category based on strategy.

– Conduct frequent market research/ study report (AC Nielson/ IQVIA) for new products and pricing…. to ensure range selection meet customer needs.

– Define strategy and action plans to meet sales and profit.

– Develop Exclusive/ Direct Import product sourcing

2. Supplier Management

– Supervise dedicated team members to source more suppliers and new products following company’s strategy on category growth and company’s policy.

– Negotiate with suppliers on the trading terms.

– Work daily with suppliers in terms of stock/pricing/promotion/branding.

– Manage the Join Business Plan with key suppliers to deliver the excellent partnership and maximize the investment from suppliers

3. Promotion (not applying for Medicine)

– Work with Promotion Manager to create and execute promotion plans, plan monthly promotions/events.

– Deal with supplier for the best promotion supports based on campaigns.

– Work with Supply Chain team to make sure sufficient stocks during promotion time.

Private Lable, Exclusives:

1. Using market and customer insight, lead the creation and management of the annual plan of new product development under the Pharmacity own brand across FMCG categories, that meets customer needs and supports the sales participation growth against agreed KPIs;

2. Manage Pharmacity product brand identity, brand guidelines and product design briefs;

3. Manage the new product briefing process, creating high quality and informed product briefs, working cross-functionally with the Pharmacity Sourcing team to ensure requirements are fulfilled;

4. Identify new Exclusive brands that meet customer needs, drive profitable growth for the FMCG categories and increasing sales participation, by analyzing market trends, market data and customer insight. Develop and maintain strong business relationships, and project manage the successful launch of new Exclusive brands;

5. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Exclusive brand suppliers to maximize sales growth and profitability improvement. Leverage supplier relationships to facilitate business planning and problem solving, negotiate contract terms, rebates, mutually beneficial supplier agreements;

6. Manage the end-to-end brand communication plan and marketing for new product launches and ongoing brand communication. Work cross-functionally with Marketing department to execute high quality communication to customers about the Pharmacity and Exclusive brands;

7. Manage the monthly sales promotion plan, offering schemes and deals that drive profitable growth; manage the promotion planning process, to ensure that all steps for promotion set-up are completed accurately and on-time; complete promotional analysis to understand the effectiveness of promotion schemes;

8. Proactively manage the assortment and trading plan, in terms of pricing, promotions and merchandising;

9. Regularly conduct sales performance analysis to identify drivers of performance; using data to proactively identify opportunities to improve sales and the customer offer;

10. Ownership of brand stock forecasting, collaborating with suppliers and internal Supply Chain department to minimize out of stock issues;

11. Manage life cycle of products and brands – discontinue quickly with low risk if products aren’t working; redevelop and relaunch when needed to improve sales

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
  • Bachelor or advanced Degree in Commercial, Marketing, Business Management, Economic, Finance.
  • High standard English.
  • All usual Microsoft office programs.
  • 10 years+ in brand management, retail, commercial role.
  • Understanding of the marketing mix with commercial acumen; how to use pricing, promotion, marketing to drive sales.
