MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Production Assurance

• Undertake work planning in cooperation with the supervisors and the Production Manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Distribute and monitor that the production sheet is being filled in.

Administration and Monitoring:

• Monitor and update the Production Manager about the established quality assurance/system/data.
• Responsible for day-to-day overall coordination of the assigned photo team.
• Monitor the production flow and performance of the assigned team as well as its individual members and take necessary corrective action.
• Motivate and coach members of the assigned team, including full-time, part-time editors, freelancer and trainees.
• Initiate and head meetings within the assigned team members on a regular basis.
• Conduct monthly performance evaluation of the team members in collaboration with the Production Manager and the Management Team.

Production Statistics:

• Prepare and consolidate accurate production statistics for photo editing and submit to the Production Manger on weekly and monthly basis.

Communication and Reporting:

• Communicate closely with editors, the Production Manager as well Management team.
• Report immediately to the Production Manager and the IT Manager and inform about potential problems including virus attacks, computer problems.

Others

• Other tasks as deemed necessary and assigned.

Working time

• 8:30am-5:30pm from Monday to Friday

• Education: Relevant university degree
• Open to fresh graduate with good Excel skills
• Languages: Good proficiency in English for communication in both written and oral form.
