Job Description
- Work collaboratively with our team in the production of architectural documents through all stages of a project
- Provide design and modelling support to the lead architects and management staff
- Assemble architectural drawing sets in REVIT in coordination with other disciplines including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, enlarged drawings, details, etc.
- Apply office-wide standards to drafting assignments
- Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines
- Pro-actively sharing of information, demanding for clarification and instruction
Job Requirement
- Professional degree in Architecture with 1-3 years (Junior level) and 4-7 years (Medior level) relevant working experience post-graduation
- Good in spoken English
- Excellent in communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) in Vietnamese
- Pro-active and self-motivated with ability to work under minimum supervision
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Good visualization and presentation skills
- Entry-level/ intermediate understanding of detailing, building technology, construction techniques, related engineering principles, and sustainability strategies
- Proficient in software packages such as Revit, Enscape, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Entry-level/ intermediate understanding of local and/or international regulations/ standards
- Confident working on complex, large scale projects in an international organization
