Job Description
In this role, you will:
1. Support as an admin officer including Photocopying documents:
– Scanning documents
– Printing documents
– Filing documents
– Doing clerical work including archives and records
– Delivering and receiving documents, materials
– Claiming expenses
– Obtaining bank chops on documents, materials
– Ordering stationary, office tools and equipment
– Delivering and receiving stationary, office tools and equipment
– Booking air tickets, accommodation, restaurants
– Doing logistic arrangement for meetings, seminars, events
– Doing other admin work.
2. Assisting in other professional work:
– Translating documents with guidance from relevant employees
– Assisting employees in preparing business correspondences
– Assisting employees in preparing presentation slides
– Assisting employees in preparing reports
– Assisting employees in following up with authorities on application/registration
– Welcoming customers
– Assisting customers in filling simple forms
– Assisting customers in using basic electronic banking services
– Providing information, materials to customers
– Providing necessary guidance to customers upon request
– Addressing to customers’ simple enquiries
– Assisting employees in collecting information and documents from customers, vendors, business partners.
– Assisting employees in collecting information and documents from authorities and/or public sources
– Assisting employees in collecting information and documents from departments within the Bank
– Assisting employees in updating information in the Bank systems
– Assisting with legal research
– Preparing legal notes
– Assisting employees in preparing legal advises.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
– Hard-working and accept working challenges and pressure
– Fluent in English both speaking and writing
– Have a good understanding of the legal system of Vietnam
– Have good communication and writing skills.
