Job description:

• Project management:
  • Collaborate effectively with IT vendors and user departments to make plans, deploy, and manage projects;
  • Collaborate with related partners to collect business requirements properly and sufficiently;
  • Check function design to ensure it is designed accordingly to business requirements;
  • Join together with user departments to conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Enhance and maintain existing application systems:
  • Effectively and proactively enhance the system as requirements;
  • Collaborate with vendors to quickly solve the trouble that occurred and minimize business impact;
  • Monitor system health to recognize potential risks and take countermeasures to prevent trouble from happening;
  • Strictly control security, system access, vendor operation.
• Study new technologies to propose effective solutions to enhance and create more value for the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Application Development, Computer Science, or related majors.
  • Good command in English;
  • Good knowledge of IT business application functional scope development, system design and development, program development such as automation technique, application/web coding, Microsoft® .Net technology, Microsoft® SQL Database;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;
• Experience in implementation and maintenance:
  • Distribution Management System (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA) System and ERP system (SAP S/4HANA), especially in Sales & Distribution module, Logistics module (Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution) or;
  • ERP system (SAP S/4HANA), especially in the Production module and Warehouse module.
• At least 3-year experience of working in the enterprise application system field.
