Your Role
About the job
1. Software development / Product features
You’ll be part of a squad and dedicated in making on or many modules being developed. In which case, you’ll have to participate to all Scrum ceremonies with the main goal to lead the squad technically and be fully part of the tech leads comity.
Responsibilities
- Analysing & challenging user stories;
- Participating actively in all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, grooming, poker planning, Demo & Retrospectives);
- Developing features;
- Handling the deep analyse of any issue raised by level 2;
- Writing technical specifications whenever needed.
2. Software development / Hot-fixing & assistance
Part of your job will hence be to work on incidents analyses, quality improvements (working closely with a QA team) and guiding all other developers of the squad to achieve those levels of expectations in any change on the platform
Responsibilities
- Analyses & Investigations;
- Being a part of the S.P.O.Cs for level 2;
- Providing fast answers to incidents and bugs;
- Hot-Fixing development philosophy (minimum impacts, workarounds, …);
- Keeping Confluence technical referral up to date.
About You
The successful candidate will excel at operating in a diverse and fluid environment and will be crucial for the success of the Information Technology Division.
Technical skills:
- Solid understanding of the Java Web environment (code injection, …);
- Full Stack: significative experience in Angular projects;
- Perfectly knowing how to introspect source code;
- Mastering GIT (ideally CLI version);
- Working in a Linux environment (mastering it is a real plus);
- Knowledge of common Industrial Coding Processes (Code Review, Merge Request, Release Maven, …);
- A significative experience in a SaaS solution and its constraints is a plus;
- A good IT general culture (web, security, performance …).
Other skills:
- Having worked with another ERP is a plus;
- Having worked on an accounting or HR system is a plus;
- Good command of English;
- +5 years in software development;
- +2 years in leading technical projects (or the technical part of a project).
